Minibus conversions require an interior layout that makes efficient use of the available space while providing comfortable and secure passenger seating. Depending on the application, the vehicle may need to accommodate different seating configurations, accessibility requirements or additional equipment.
X-FLOOR
The X-FLOOR™ Composite M1 Flooring System is a lightweight, high-strength flooring solution designed for modern passenger transport and accessible vehicle conversions. Its composite sandwich construction combines a closed-cell XPS foam core with upper and lower GRP layers, providing excellent rigidity, thermal insulation, corrosion resistance and durability. Integrated aluminium tracks provide secure mounting points for seats and wheelchair restraint systems while efficiently distributing loads. The durable R10-rated anti-slip PVC surface is resistant to wear, moisture and daily use, and is easy to clean and maintain. Each X-FLOOR is manufactured to suit the individual vehicle and can be configured for different seating layouts, wheelchair positions, lifts and rail systems.
X-RAIL
The X-RAIL™ Modular Vehicle Rail System is a lightweight and flexible mounting solution designed for accessible and passenger transport vehicles. Manufactured from high-strength aluminium, it provides secure attachment points for seats, wheelchair restraint systems and other interior equipment. Its precision profile allows seats and accessories to be positioned exactly where required, enabling quick and flexible interior reconfiguration. X-RAIL integrates seamlessly with the X-FLOOR™ Composite Flooring System to create a robust, fully engineered vehicle floor solution.
KAPITAN COMFORT
The KAPITAN COMFORT is a premium M1-certified passenger seat designed for minibuses, VIP shuttles, wheelchair accessible vehicles and executive transport. It combines ergonomic support, comfort and safety with a reclining backrest and integrated 3-point seatbelt as standard. Its modular design allows a wide range of options, including ISOFIX, heated cushions, swivel and slide mechanisms, quick-release systems, and occupancy and seatbelt sensors. The seat can also be customised with upholstered armrests, quilting, contrast stitching, piping and custom logo embroidery, providing a premium OEM-quality finish for professional vehicle conversions.
MEDIS
The MEDIS is a specialist M1-certified passenger seat designed for accessible and medical transport applications, including wheelchair accessible vehicles, patient transport and community transport. It combines ergonomic design, comfort and safety with a reclining backrest, integrated 3-point seatbelt and dedicated seat base as standard. Its modular construction supports options such as ISOFIX, heated seat cushions, seat occupancy and seatbelt sensors, 360° swivel, sliding mechanisms and quick-release systems. The MEDIS can also be customised with bus or upholstered armrests, decorative quilting and custom logo embroidery, providing a durable and flexible seating solution for professional mobility applications
TAXI
The TAXI M1 Seat is a practical and compact passenger seat designed for wheelchair accessible vehicles, taxis, patient transport and shuttle services. It features an integrated 3-point seatbelt and is available with either a rigid or reclining backrest. Optional features include ISOFIX, heated cushions, sensors, quick-release, sliding mechanisms, fold-down backrests and revolving bases, while armrests, tables, magazine nets and custom stitching allow for further interior customisation.
TAXI (SWIVEL)
The TAXI SWIVEL is an M1-certified passenger seat developed to improve accessibility for passengers with reduced mobility. Its integrated swivel mechanism rotates the seat towards the vehicle doorway, making entry and exit easier. It combines a reclining backrest, flip-up cushion and integrated 3-point seatbelt, with options including ISOFIX, heated cushions, sensors, Quick-Out, slide bases and multiple mounting solutions.
VERIS 2.0
The VERIS 2.0 is a versatile M1-certified passenger seat designed for minibuses, shuttle vehicles, wheelchair accessible vehicles and executive transport. It features an ergonomic reclining backrest and integrated 3-point seatbelt as standard, providing comfort and secure passenger protection. A wide range of options, including ISOFIX, heated seat cushions, sensors, Quick-Release, comfort armrests, fold-out table, magazine net, footrest and rear grab handles, allows the seat to be tailored to individual applications. “N” LEG
The “N” LEG is a heavy-duty structural seat support designed for commercial passenger vehicle seating applications where strength, reliability and durability are essential. Manufactured from precision-welded steel with a durable black textured powder coating, its distinctive N-profile provides excellent rigidity while maintaining an efficient design. Available in different heights to accommodate various seating configurations and floor layouts, it integrates with INTAP seating systems and provides a stable connection between the seat frame and vehicle floor.
X-STEP
(ALUMINIUM)
The X-STEP™ Aluminium is a fully automatic powered step designed to provide safe and convenient vehicle access for commercial vans, minibuses, ambulances and specialist transport vehicles. Constructed from corrugated anodised aluminium with integrated anti-slip strips, it provides secure footing in all weather conditions and supports loads of up to 200 kg. Available in 552 mm and 707 mm versions, the step features automatic door activation, integrated LED lighting and simple bolt-on installation with standard 12V electrical systems.
X-STEP

The X-STEP™ Stainless Steel is a premium automatic powered step developed for demanding environments where durability, hygiene and corrosion resistance are essential. Its brushed stainless-steel construction, laser-perforated non-slip surface and integrated front-facing LED provide a durable and secure access solution. A sealed motor housing protects against dirt, dust and moisture, while the step is designed for quick bolt-on installation and integration with standard 12V electrical systems. It is particularly suited to ambulances, patient transport vehicles, commercial fleets and high-end conversions.
X-STEP

The X-STEP™ CL is a powered swing-out step designed for safe and convenient access to light commercial vehicles, particularly where underbody space is limited. Its robust swing-arm mechanism extends the step smoothly in front of the vehicle, while the strong aluminium construction and integrated anti-slip strips provide secure footing in all weather conditions. The X-STEP CL is available in 600 mm, 800 mm and 1000 mm widths and features a universal design compatible with most light commercial vehicles.
